Free shipping

Brimwell offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $200 or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Orders below $200 will be charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation once your package is on the way.

Estimated delivery

After your order has shipped, standard U.S. delivery generally takes 3-7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside Brimwell’s control.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

Any free-shipping promotion applies only when the order meets the stated requirements. Taxes, gift cards, and excluded products may not count toward a promotional shipping threshold where permitted by law.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking page to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed. Brimwell is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed or missing packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can occasionally be delayed.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, contact us at shopbrimwell@gmail.com with your order number so we can help review the shipment.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier.

Please wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before the package arrives. If the package still cannot be located, email us so we can help determine the next steps.

Lost, stolen, or returned packages

Brimwell is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We will, however, do our best to help you locate the shipment or provide information needed for a carrier claim.

If a package is returned to Brimwell because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at shopbrimwell@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Preorders and backorders

Products identified as preorders or backorders may have separate estimated shipping dates. Any estimated shipment window will be included on the applicable product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the full order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

International shipping

Brimwell currently ships only within the United States.

Returns

Shipping charges and return eligibility are governed by our Return Policy. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
